It’s a real delight to hear back from happy homeowners after they’ve settled into one of the precision-built structures we’ve created. This spacious 1924 sq. ft. (179 m²) energy-efficient home was designed by our architectural partners Hive Modular, featuring three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. We delivered four precision-fit modules last December (built over the course of 30 days in our climate-controlled facility in Altona, Manitoba) which were craned onto a poured concrete lower level in less than half a day.
